Stage designer, Illustrator, Performer, and Writer.
She lives in Germany. Working is available all around the world. She studied stage design (M.A / B.A.) with Prof. Hartmut Meyer at the University of the Arts Berlin and oriental painting (B.A.) at the Hongik University in Seoul, South Korea.
From season 2018/19 to 2021/22 she worked as an assistant stage designer and stage manager at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, with Katrin Brack, Aleksandar Denić, Alex Eales and Stéphane Laimé for Productions of Karin Beier, Frank Castorf, Karin Henkel, Katie Mitchell, and Studio Braun. She is an alumnus (scholarship holder from 2017-19) at Akademie Musiktheater heute, Deutsche Bank Foundation. Since 2017 she has been working on the "Civil Defense Administration" project.
Park is interested in collage work of personal memory, reaction, and protocols with text and drawing. A focus of her work is on the visual interpretation of experiences, and the contrast between conceptual ideas and physical evidence. Her artistic work also includes projects in the fields of visual arts, performance, writing, and directing.
She works as a freelance stage/costume designer for opera, drama, dance theater, and film, including “Das Ereignis/ The Happening by Annie Ernaux”, “Gastarbeiter Monolog” at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg; “Oper Morgen 6:58” at the Studiobühne Graz; “Menage á Trois” in the Frankfurt LAB; “The work of art of the future V” at the Halle Opera; “Satyricon” at Solti Hall, Liszt Academy, Budapest.
